What I like about using MPWM is that I can rely on John to source great wines at very reasonable prices.

The website gives you a clear idea about what to expect from the wines and allows you to feel confident about the choices you make.

Also, I like John's approach to using the website to provide information about the wines available, having it as a resource to access at my leisure and not using it pressure you to buy, as you see with other sites.

We tend to use this site like a shop - choose what you want and have it conveniently delivered. Even with the delivery charges it is still great value.

I just wanted to write you a quick note to say thanks for your amazing service once again.
Too many times people are very quick to complain, so I think it is nice to compliment good service every now and then.

I love the fact that I can email you and tell you, very vaguely, what I am after and you always come up with something to suit my needs at the time… whether it be some easy drinking, or something a little nicer for a special occasion… you always “just get it”!

I also appreciate the way you keep me in mind when you have a good deal.

My Personal Wine Merchant is exactly that!! We never go shopping for wine and why would you when you can get the best deals and great quality wine at excellent prices.

Our wine is delivered to us within a day or two of ordering and it’s always been excellent and exactly as John describes each wine.

The variety on offer is extensive and the price is certainly right. Even including the freight charges to Queensland – it still works out a lot cheaper than I could ever buy locally.

I’ve recommended My Personal Wine Merchant to many friends and everyone we know has always been happy with anything they have bought. When my company wanted a special gift of a mixed dozen delivered to a customer – it was not a problem. It’s definitely a great service that we highly recommend.
